Club, Windermere
The criteria given was to design the home for entertaining,
with accessibility to the outdoors and light filled
rooms reminiscent of the villas in southern France.
An Italian focus was also requested, so graceful archways,
a domed frescoed foyer ceiling and use of marble were
incorporated. The designers are experts at making their
client’s homes seem as if they had been inherited.
In addition to selecting furniture, all interior construction
finishes and architectural detailing was designed and
specified. “Working with these interior designers
is particularly enjoyable because their knowledge of
building materials equals my own,” said Linda
Pellegrini, the owner and builder.
