Marisol Roman, Assistant Designer

Marisol Roman, Assistant Designer, joined Carolyn Franklin Interior Design (CFID) in 2006 after a successful stint providing AutoCAD services for the firm. She was subsequently offered a full-time employee position with CFID and is now assisting Carolyn in many residential and commercial projects, including new construction and remodels. She currently is studying for the NCIDQ exam to obtain her licensing.

Marisol began her love for interior design in high school while taking an interior design class, after which she decided to dual enroll at SCC for interior design. During her junior year, she was offered a job at Kane’s Furniture where she provided customer service and worked on showroom designs and displays. She graduated from Seminole Community College with a degree in Interior Design.

She then received an internship at a local Central Florida interior design firm and was subsequently hired as an employee. Marisol enrolled in the business entrepreneurship program at University of Central Florida and started a new job with an architectural firm. She performed decorating services for her own clients while continuing her education. She graduated with a Business Degree from UCF.

Marisol brings great diversity and design capability to the firm. She keeps fit with jogging, workouts and martial arts.
